Ready to go hiking, but a little concerned about heading out on your own and possibly ending up where you never expected, or wanted? No worries, because this weekend at Minnewaska State Park, you can take advantage of guided hikes and enjoy the beautiful scenery without wondering which way to go on the trails.

On Saturday, join the Mossy Glen Hike and explore Peter's Kill Stream on a hike guided by Student Conservation Association/AmeriCorps Intern Emily Shertzer. This will be a three and a half mile hike starting at 9:30 am and registration is required to participate.

If Sunday works better for your schedule, then the Views Across the Ravine Walk is for you. This hike will also be led by Student Conservation Association/AmeriCorps Intern Emily Shertzer and will take you along the Castle Point and Millbrook Mountain Carriage Roads that will lead the group to two iconic, cliff-edge, scenic outlooks. This walk will begin at 9:30 am and registration is required.
